Even on the verge of COVID-19 Global Pandemic, BRTTH continues to attain international standards in service delivery through the continuous ISO audit accreditation.
Through the guidance of TUV Rheinland auditors, the accreditation was planned and finalized.
The Accreditation was held online/virtual mean utilizing conferencing application through Zoom. A general meeting was held to orient all participants and auditors on how the audit accreditation will progress.
The whole zoom meeting was manned by the Zoom Master, handling admission of participants and making sure only authorized participants are included in the meeting.
Breakout rooms were employed to have a simultaneous audit for each process owners. Each breakout room has a zoom operator for handing in meeting management queuing participants based on the audit plan. One the Process owner side, IT Engineers are assigned to instantly troubleshoot any technical problems.
For areas that needs for technical inspection, a virtual tour was employed where the auditee tours the auditor in the location using amobile phone connection to the zoom meeting.
In the end, all efforts and sacrifices paid off as BRTTH not only passed the accreditation but also gained knowledge and skills in adapting to the new Normal.
BRTTH remains ISO Certified institution amidst the challenges of the global pandemic. BRTTH retains its ISO certification for the 7th year.
