TRAINING
1. The Philippine Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (PBOG) granted the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology a four-year accreditation for training (2019-2022). At present there are fourteen residents-in-training.

Bicol Regional Training and Teaching Hospital continually enhances the quality of training offered in medical through constant upgrading of its own personnel as well as accreditation of various training programs and hospital facilities. One of the departments that underwent accreditation last 2019 was Department of Anesthesiology.
Voluntary Blood Donation June 2019

The BRTTH Department of Laboratories and Pathology - Blood Bank Section in coordination with the Bicol Regional Blood Center (BRBC) successfully conducted a Mass Voluntary Blood Donation Activity last June 14, 2019 at the Bicol Diagnostic Reference Laboratory Complex (BDRLC).
