On January 20, 2020, as the novel corona virus stride and began progressing cases globally, BRTTH Top Management gave instruction for immediate awareness among the frontline areas of the hospital such as the Emergency Department and the Out Patient Department. The Hospital Public Health Unit was instructed to conduct awareness on handwashing and proper cough/sneezing etiquette among patient with respiratory tract infection seen at the OPD.
