Bicol Regional Training and Teaching Hospital went through a lot of adversities that tested this institution’s strength and stability. But we survived and continue to run as the leading hospital in the Bicol Region providing top-of-the line services and the most tender-loving-care to the Bicolanos.

More than just a mandate of Republic Act No. 9485 or the Anti-red tape law and several other orders including the Administrative Order No. 241, CSC Memorandum Circular No. 14 series of 2008 and DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2008-164, this manual is a testimony of this institution’s passion for excellent service and an evidence of our commitment to provide for what you deserve.
