This was followed by the strategy formulation by the top-level management and continued to a series of information dissemination of the hospital strategies to the different units and offices of BRTTH. Trainings were conducted to ensure competent staff and research were developed to empower stakeholders. For the information system of the institution, BRTTH aims to institutionalize an ICT-enabled Health Highway for an efficient service delivery. Currently, BRTTH has launched its Telehealth Project “A call center for health.” It is a project under the Health Highway program providing a new platform for healthcare services that can serve patients from the comfort of their homes.

The partnership between BRTTH and MSGC members will open a more competent governance charter and profound strategic plan that will cater to the mandate of BRTTH in serving the community.
