BRTTH RECEIVES CSC PRIME-HRM BRONZE AWARD
Bicol Regional Training and Teaching Hospital (BRTTH) received a Bronze Award from the Civil Service Commission (CSC) in recognition of its efforts in attaining Level 2 – Process Defined HRM of the CSC Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).
BRTTH began its pursuit of PRIME-HRM in 2019 when it was included as one of the hospital targets in the projected BRTTH roadmap under the Performance Governance System (PGS). An assessment of the BRTTH-HRM Services determined the hospital 100% compliant with all four aspects of PRIME-HRM (Recruitment Selection & Placement, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Rewards & Recognition) leading to the awarding of a Certificate of Recognition dated October 16, 2019 by the CSC RO-V for obtaining Maturity Level 2.
On August 17, 2021, a special virtual ceremony was held at BRTTH for the reading of the National CSC resolution proclaiming BRTTH compliant with requirements for PRIME-HRM Maturity Level 2, and on October 13, 2021, BRTTH and eight other government institutions and agencies in the region received plaques for the Bronze Award during the celebration of the 121st anniversary of the Philippine Civil Service held at the CSC-Regional Office V.
